bushfires…it looks desolated but a few rains will make new grass shout quickly. There is a big debate to know if those fires are an ecological disaster or not in the long run. Soil depletion, smokes, dead animals…but the new grass definitely grows quicker when the old dry grass has burnt. A real disaster can happen when the rangers start a controlled fire that get out of control…
from far the land looks awful, destroyed. But coming close, some green shoots are there.

that was Oliver’s camp, a luxury tented camp. Quite nice too but more conventional than the Tree Tops.
