January 2012. We’ve got apparent nice rains lately but some areas have still been left out.
That hill upper right of the picture…what does it make you think of? The local people didn’t miss it and call the bum hill.
looking north this ridge is nicknamed the saddle by pilots, as it links Mts Meru to Monduli.
Monduli, a little mountain nearby that is of big concern for pilots in bad weather.
