When someone asks me what about flying airlines, this is what I try to explain…

Getting ready for the night, that is spreading acacias branches around the plane, that is to keep the hyenas off the tyres. They seem to enjoy eating them…go figure.
Damaged propeller back plate. The attached cone was thus giving strong vibrations. I thought I never make it to landing…
No mechanic available, I removed the cone and the vibrations stopped even with the twisted back plate (the yellowish thing) still on. I kept on like that for a while and only flew back to Arusha a few days later without any problems.
